SAMHSA’s “Spring Training” Covers Sleep’s Impact on People with Mental Health Conditions As part of its Program to Achieve Wellness, SAMHSA is hosting three one-hour webinars, from 1 p.m. ET, on the importance of sleep and how to get more of it.
